                                                        With 2 of his amazing teachers!  Today was Ethan's last day of first grade! This was his first year fully in a general education setting and he rocked it out! I am so proud of him and how far he has come. We still have a ways to go but I know that he will get there. I love my Instant Pot!! One of my favorite things to make in it is coconut yogurt! I use The recipe from Against All Grain https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwqljbASWzo All the ingredients In the pot ready to go All you have to do is press the yogurt button!! When it first comes out it is separated I just used a whisk in each container to blend it up before putting it in the fridge.  The next morning it is creamy and absolutely delicious!!!  With fresh mango! My favorite breakfast.
